WAIVER & RELEASE OF CLAIMS AGREEMENT

· I acknowledge and agree that I will be sober (free from the intoxicating influences of alcohol and drugs) at all times while acting as a volunteer for The Great Blue Heron Music Festival (the "Festival").

· I agree that I will make all reasonable efforts to keep the Festival site clean and safe for Festival attendees at all times while acting as a volunteer for the Festival.

· I acknowledge and agree that my volunteer activities and attendance at the Festival are undertaken at my own risk.

· I agree, on my own behalf as well as on the behalf of any individual or entity who may be able to make a claim for me, through me or otherwise on my behalf, and as a condition of my acceptance as a Festival volunteer and in return for the benefits associated therewith, to release and hold harmless the Great Blue Heron Music Festival (including without limitation its employees, agents, assigns, representatives and contractors), Julie & Steve Rockcastle, David Tidquist, any persons holding title to the lands upon which the Festival is conducted, and all persons in any manner involved in organizing or conducting the festival, from any and all claims that I or others able to claim through me or on my behalf may have now or in the future arising from or in any manner associated with my volunteer activities and attendance at the Festival.

· I agree, as a condition of my acceptance as a volunteer and in return for the benefits associated therewith, to defend and indemnify the Great Blue Heron Music Festival (including without limitation its employees, agents, assigns, representatives and contractors), Julie & Steve Rockcastle, David Tidquist, any persons holding title to the lands upon which the Festival is conducted, and all persons in any manner involved in organizing or conducting the festival, from and against any and all claims that may be asserted against them and any and all liability, penalty or damages that may be imposed upon them arising from or in any manner associated with my volunteer activities and attendance at the Festival.
