Our volunteer application is up and open! Volunteering for the Great Blue Heron Music Festival is a fun and rewarding experience.
We’re bringing back Thursday Admission for volunteers this year, so you can share some of your time and energy with us to earn a weekend pass. Volunteer opportunities include work during the festival or you can help us out with pre-fest spring work.

Applications for our craft and food vendors are closed for 2023. Check back here in February 2024.
However, blanket vending is still an option! There’s no application for blanket vending. You’d meet our vendor coordinator at the top of the hill on Saturday & Sunday. It’s open 10am-3pm and the cost is $30 per day or $50 for both days. Set up your goods on a blanket and have fun seeing what sells! This is a great option for kids that like to make crafts or for adults that don’t want to have a booth all weekend. Blanket vendors buy regular tickets for the festival.
Unauthorized vending is not allowed on The Heron grounds. Glow stick use or vending is particularly prohibited. They are not good for the environment!

We are looking to partner with local and regional businesses that align with our values and that will create fun experiences for our campers this season. We are particularly looking for local beer, wine and cider sponsors, but submit your idea and we’ll consider it!

What is the PROGRESS on the BATHHOUSE?
We have CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS, and a new location selected. Contractor’s bids should be submitted very soon! We would start Fall 2024 and be ready June 2025.
So far we have raised $45,000 in donations! PLUS we have sold 100+ bricks to raise a bit more! Help us reach our goal of a 1,000 bricks!
